Product Introduction：
The Gravure Nickel plating machine solution has a large cathode polarization and anode polarization effect during the electroplating process. Without adding a complexing agent, a nickel plating layer with fine and dense crystals can be obtained.
The purpose of Gravure Nickel plating machine is mainly to prevent iron from replacing copper (the solution is nickel sulfate) so that the copper layer can be firmly bonded to the roller core.Because when there is no current, the iron roller core of the plate roller will undergo a replacement reaction when it contacts the acid copper plating solution, and this layer of copper is a chemical reaction replacement copper, which is not firmly bonded to the iron core. Therefore, the cleaned roller cannot be directly placed in the acid copper plating solution for electroplating, but must be nickel plated first and then copper plated in Rotogravure printing cylinder nickel tank.
