1. MVR Evaporator For Gravure Cylinder Recovery equipment for mist of chromic acid

Recovery technology: Chromic acid is an expensive reagent, so the recovery of chromic acid is valuable.

The chromic acid has high density, and is easy to be condensed. The collected chromic acid mist will be sent into the recovery equipment under the effect of induced fan, in where multilayer intercepting filters are equipped, and under the interception effect of filters, the mist of chromic acid will condense and form the liquid which will flow along the filters into the lower reclaiming container. Reclaiming pipeline is provided for the reclaiming container, and the recovered liquid shall be discharged from reclaiming equipment for recycling when it reaches to a certain quantity.

The porous sieve plate exhaust gas scrubbing tower is adopted. The scrubbing solution will be evenly sprayed to the surface of fillers through nozzles to keep the surface wet when the exhaust gas flows through the filling layer in scrubbing tower, meanwhile, the exhaust gas will contact with the scrubbing solution on fully wetted filling layer, and by utilizing the physical and chemical effects, the pollutants in exhaust gas will be absorbed by the scrubbing solution, thus to realize the purpose of pollutants removal; then, the water saturated gas will be treated in demister to remove extra moisture. The clean gas after being scrubbed in scrubber and dried can meet certain standards, and can be discharged into the atmosphere.
