Machine working principle
When proofing, the substrate is first wrapped on the Drum.The plate roller is pulled by the hydraulic cylinder to press the plate roller and the substrate tightly together. The Doctor blade scrapes the ink into the cells,When the drum and the plate roller rotate relative to each other, the ink in the cells is transferred to the substrate,to form a pattern corresponding to the pattern of the plate roller.
